• No refunds will be issued if a participant decides to leave the trip midway.

• No refunds will be provided in situations beyond human control, including natural disasters, rain, storms, landslides, accidents, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, political unrest, or protests.

• If any destination becomes inaccessible (excluding the conditions mentioned above), the tour guide will decide an alternative plan in consultation with the group.

• Any extra expenses arising due to natural calamities or roadblocks must be paid by the participants.

• Mountain Escapers reserves the right to cancel any booking if the terms and conditions are violated.

• Carrying personal weapons or illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the tour.

• Any changes after payment will be communicated promptly.

• If fuel prices increase before the trip, additional charges may apply to the package.
