• In cases of natural disasters or unforeseen events beyond human control—including rain, storms, landslides, accidents, road closures, vehicle failure, political unrest, or protests—no refunds will be provided.

• If any destination on the itinerary becomes inaccessible (excluding previously mentioned exceptions), the tour guide will decide an alternative plan based on group consensus.

• Any extra expenses arising from natural calamities or roadblocks must be covered by the participants.

• Mountain Escapers reserves the right to cancel any booking if the terms and conditions are violated.

• Carrying personal weapons or illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the tour.

• Any changes occurring after payment will be promptly communicated.
