  • Travel from Karachi to Islamabad via Bus or Train.

  • Note: Guests choosing the Flight option will depart a day later from Karachi

  • Guests are expected to arrive in Islamabad/Rawalpindi by evening.

  • Hotel transportation is arranged individually by each guest.

  • Upon arrival, complete check-in procedures and enjoy leisure time to rest.

  • Dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay.

    • Full payment must be completed before the departure date. Partial payments are not accepted. Departure details will only be shared after full payment is received.

    • Departure information, including hotel name and tour guide contact, will be provided on the departure day (Friday, after Jummah prayer). Stay in touch with your assigned tour guide for coordination.

  3. Identification Documents

    • Every participant must carry their original CNIC.

    • Married couples requiring separate rooms must carry a photocopy of Nikah Nama and updated CNICs.

  4. Luggage Guidelines

    • Travel light! Ideal luggage weight is 10 kg. Extra luggage may cause delays.

    • Bring a backpack for easier mobility.

    • 2–3 jeans or trousers, shirts, T-shirts, joggers, a jacket, gloves (optional), and thermals if needed.

    • ATMs may not be accessible in remote areas. Carry sufficient cash for personal expenses.

  14. Punctuality

    • Be on time for all scheduled departures. Delays may result in missing transport, with no alternate drop-offs.

  15. Seat Arrangements

    • Mountain Escapers does not assign front/back seats. Seating is based on mutual understanding among travelers and may change during the trip. Cooperate, especially with elderly passengers.

  16. Group Behavior

    • Treat everyone like family. Ensure mutual safety and respect local customs and communities.

  17. Reporting Time

    • All members must report at least one hour before the scheduled departure.

  18. Connectivity & Charging

    • Mobile networks may be weak or unavailable in certain areas. Carry a power bank, as charging facilities may be limited.

  19. Rule Violations

    • Any violation of Mountain Escapers' terms and conditions may result in removal from the trip without refund. Read all terms carefully.

  20. Stopover Policy

    • During stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for passengers staying inside.

  • Submission of group registration forms and child’s birth certificate / B-Form is mandatory.

  • Minimum 10–12 participants required; trips may be canceled for low registration. Paid participants can get a full refund or transfer payment to a future trip.

  • Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Twin rooms are only for married couples, two males/females, or siblings.

  • Participants must follow the tour guide’s instructions. Buses may wait max 15 minutes for late arrivals.

  • Mountain Escapers is not responsible for delays, injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

  • No refunds if a participant leaves the trip or if unforeseen events (natural disasters, road closures, political unrest) occur.

  • If any destination is inaccessible, the tour guide will decide an alternative plan. Extra expenses due to such events are borne by participants.

  • Carrying weapons or illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate disqualification.

  • Airfare prices and seat availability are subject to change. Any additional costs due to fuel price increases will be communicated.

  • Bookings are recommended at least 1 week before departure to secure seats.
