TERMS & CONDITIONS
GROUP / FIXED DEPARTURE TOURS
- Each participant is required to complete the undertaking and group registration form.
- Submission of a child’s birth certificate or B-Form at the time of registration is mandatory. If a child does not fall within the defined age bracket, Mountain Escapers reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
- A minimum of 10–12 participants is required to conduct a trip. If the trip is cancelled due to low registration, paid members will receive a full refund or may transfer their payment to a future trip.
- Hotel accommodations mentioned are subject to availability and may change during peak seasons. Twin sharing rooms are only available for married couples, two males or two females, or siblings.
- Participants must strictly follow the tour guide’s instructions. In case of late arrival, the bus will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before departure.
- Mountain Escapers will not be responsible for any inconvenience or additional expenses caused due to delays.
- All participants must behave respectfully and ethically. Any misconduct may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
- Mountain Escapers is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
- No refunds will be issued if a participant leaves the trip at any stage.
- No refunds will be provided in cases of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond human control, including rain, storms, landslides, accidents, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, political unrest, or protests.
- If any destination becomes inaccessible (excluding the above exceptions), the tour guide will decide an alternative plan based on group consensus.
- Any additional expenses due to natural calamities or roadblocks must be borne by the participants.
- Mountain Escapers reserves the right to cancel any booking if these terms and conditions are violated.
- Carrying weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disqualification.
- If fuel prices increase before departure, additional charges may apply.
- To secure your seat, booking confirmation is recommended at least one week prior to departure, as seats are limited.
